ROSTEKHNADZOR PERMIT TO USE

Rostekhnadzor (Federal Agency for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Control) Permit to Use of the Russian Federation is issued for a single technical device used on dangerous objects.

It is possible to the Permit for a complex device where all components are performing related functions.

List of Basic Equipment, Devices and Facilities, which require the RTN Permit to Use:

- The equipment working under pressure more than 0,07 MPa (steam boilers, working under pressure of steam or gas, pipelines steam, vessels) or at temperature of water more than 115 degrees of Celsius (water-heating boilers, pipelines of hot water, vessels), the equipment of thermal plants, thermal items and thermal networks, systems, devices and units for anti-accident protection, signal systems and the control, used at operation of the specified equipment and delivered both separately and completely;
- elevating constructions (load-lifting cranes, cranes-manipulators, cranes, cargo picking lifts, pendant cable roads, cable cars, lifts (a tower), building lifts, elevating platforms for invalids, escalators, demountable cargo picking systems);
- the equipment and technical devices of systems of gas supply and consumption, including: the gas equipment of boilers, technological lines and units, gas-burning devices of capacitor and flowing water heaters;
- the equipment for welding, the rations, non-destroying control, heat treatments and clearing of a surface at manufacturing, installation and repair of the hazardous technical devices;
- an explosion-proof electric equipment of Group I and II and electric mining equipment;
- The mountain-mine and concentrating equipment, including: the equipment specialized for gold and diamond-mining industry, the equipment for ventilation and dust extinction in mountain mine-workings, the equipment for fastening mountain mine-workings, the equipment for mine rises and mine transport, the equipment for drilling chinks, the equipment for charging chinks, the equipment and the devices used by manufacture of explosive works;
- the equipment for oil and gas extraction manufactures, including: the equipment for drilling prospecting chinks, the equipment for transportation of the chisel equipment and its elements and auxiliary works, engines and the resource-extinction tools , the equipment for operational oil and gas chinks, the equipment for development, repair and intensifications of oil and gas chinks, the tool to the oil-field and prospecting equipment;

- The equipment for prospecting and geophysical works. The equipment for the main pipeline transport;
- the equipment applied on chemical, petrochemical, oil refining and other manufacturing areas and objects, working with explosive, toxic, aggressive and other dangerous environments, including capacitor, columned, reactor, machine, cryogenic, vacuum, refrigerating, electrolyzing , mass-exchanging, heat-exchanging, filtering ventilating, milling, drying and the mixing equipment, furnaces, tanks, systems and means for anti-accident protection, signal systems and the control over devices and other equipment delivered both separately, and completely, and also used as type and serial numbers.

- The hazardous equipment for storage and processing of vegetative raw material;
- the equipment for black and nonferrous metallurgy;
- electric furnaces and units electrooven induction, plants and induction heating devices, electric furnaces arc , electric furnaces and the resistance facilities, new kinds of heating (melting and heating). The equipment for swimming trunks of pig-iron.
- Means of anti-gas protection, the respiratory equipment (isolating respirators, isolating air devices and filtering self-rescuers), devices of the gas control, technical devices for liquidation of emergencies;
- Devices and facilities of automation applied for dangerous industrial objects;
- the armature applied on dangerous industrial objects. The equipment for transportation of dangerous cargoes. Metal constructions, bearings and casings for the technologic equipment; - the equipment on recycling gaseous, small-disperse and liquid emissions and drains. The equipment for manufacturing explosive materials of industrial purpose and products on their basis.

To obtain the Permit to Use of Rostekhnadzor of the Russian Federation you should also issue the Obligatory Certificate of Conformity of GOST-R for 3 years for Serial Production. If you haven't already got this certificate we will obtain it for you and afterwards we will carry out the technical test on your device security. Certain types of products also are required to have Certificate of Fire Safety, Metrology Certificate, Hygienic Certificate and Explosion Safety Certificate.

Prices & terms for obtaining of the documents reqiured for the Permit to Use of techical device depend on particular characteristics of the device itself, other obtained certificates and details of lab tests.

It takes from 2 to 3 months to obtain the RTN Permit to Use.
