of Registration of documents

I.
Brief scheme of Certification for goods exporting to Russia and
Kazakhstan and formalizing of accrediting documents issued by executive
authorities of these countries.

Phase I (1-3 days)

| To
start a work and to determine the price and terms the
Client fills the Query Formulary in which all the features
-name of products, types, series, custom numbers for foreign
trade activity are mentioned, and sends it via e-mail. |

Studies
the formulary and prepares the Offer, containing the name
of certificate, its price, terms of work and type of documents
-protocols, tests, passports, technical guides, illustrations,
schemes and samples if required-to present). |

interested, the company representative sends the signed
and sealed letter of approval (or project of contract),
with adjoined documents |

II (4-8 days)

Documents

Project of certificate
|
Once
the contract and all necessary documents received, the
Executor starts to formalize the required documents.
Testing labs carry out the test of products and documents.
Certifying organs analyze if the products fulfills the
specified requirements and work out the conclusion.
According to the results of above mentioned tests, the
Executor prepares the certificate, which project is
sent to the client via e-mail

clients checks the project of certificate and approves
it or corrects and sends it via e-mail with the mark
of adjustment

III ( 2-3 days)

According
to the contract, the client signs the Act of Work and
pays the bill presented by Executor within 2 weeks

number of legalized copies

Once
the money transferred, the Executor sends the original
certificates and required number of copies to the Client
via DHL or TNT

*Important: Due to several peculiarities of work this scheme could
be modified.
II.
Terms
of work
Terms
of formalizing of below listed documents are the following
A) For Obligatory and Voluntary Certificates,
Renounce Letters, Declarations on Conformity, Sanitary-and-Epidemiological
Conclusions (appendix 2) Certificates on Correspondance of Gosstroy,
Certificaies of Fire Safety - from 2 to 20 days.
B) For Certificates of Conformity of the
Ministry Of Communications of the Russian Federation, Certificates
on the Statement of Type of Means of Measurements, Sanctions of
Gostechnadzor (Technical Control) of the Russian Federation, Registration
Certificates of Iatrotechnics, Products of Medical Purpose, Certificates
On the State Registration of Biologically Active Additives to Food
Rospotrebnadzor (Consumers' Control) of the Ministry of Health of
the Russian Federation, Certificates On State Registration for Disinfectant
Means Rospotrebnadzor (Consumers' Control) of the Ministry of Health
of the Russian Federation - from 1,5 to 3 months.
C) For Certificates of Medical goods,
pharmaceutical substances and new medical technologies -
up to 6 months.
III.
Price
The
Price of work depends on many different
factors, v.g. peculiarities of good itself, its price, technical
documents (if present) testing protocols, other certificates and
results of clinical, toxicological and technical tests.
