CERTIFICATE Of CONFORMITY Of the MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS Of The RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The list of documents for registration of the GOST Russia Certificate of a communication facility:
- Power of attorney addressed to the Director of NIIC "PromEK" with the right to represent interests of the firm-customer in the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation concerning certification matters;
- the document from the aplicant, analyzing thethe conformity of a declared communication facility to the requirements of related communication networks of the Russian Federation;
- the description of a communication facility in Russian language, including technical parameters;
- structure of the equipment;
- the description of the software (in Russian) and number of its version (optional); climatic conditions of transportation, storage and operation.
- types and characteristics of testing and measuring equipment necessary at operation of the declared communication facility;
- Colour photo of the communication facility in the size not less than 10 x 15 cm, the data about dimensions and weight of the complete set or components;
- a copy of the resolution of GKRCH about the allocated range of frequencies (for a radio-electronic communication facility);
- the document of the manufacturer confirming powers of the distributor on sellig the production of the manufacturer.

The above listed documents are to be sent to the Certification Department of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation which gives the Assignment on work to the test center. After the certification work the Project of the Certificate of Conformity of the Communication Facility, is approved in the Department of the Ministry of Communications.
