CERTIFICATE of CONFORMITY of GOSSTROY of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
CERTIFICATE of GOSSTROY (State Construction Organization)
is mandatory for the goods, used in construction. It confirms that
specified production complies with the requirements of the basic
normative and technical documents established for production at
the sphere of certification in construction (GOST, GOST R, SNiP,
PB, etc.)
The specific feature of the Certificate of Gosstroy
- it is issued by Gosstroy of the Russian Federation within the
limits of the State system of certification GOST-R, created by Gosstandart
of the Russian Federation. This is why there are two departments
on the blank of Gosstroy Certificate.
The list of production subject to Obligatory
Certification in system of Gosstroy of Russia is rather small:
window blocks (Polyvinylchlorid, wood, aluminium);
doors (door blocks) for balconies;
locks of 2-4 classes.
All the rest can be voluntary certificated, i.e. at own will of
the Manufacturer.
