goods comply with the requirements of technical reglaments (safety
requirements).
The OBLIGATORY CERTIFICATE is issued on a YELLOW blank.

an established LIST OF GOODS SUBJECT TO OBLIGATORY CERTIFICATION.
(Enactment of Gosstandart and the edict of Customs Agency). The
necessity of certification is determined by the custom codes of
international economic activity (TN VED) or Russian Products Classifier
(OKP). If the code is in those lists, the good is to be certified.
This OBLIGATORY CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY is given to the manufacturer
for 3 years. Officially registered companies have a right to export
toRussia the goods, enlisted in the certificate within 3 years.
Important thing is that according to the legislation, the companies
which obtain this certificate should be annually controlled by the
certifying body.
