The OBLIGATORY CERTIFICATE is issued on a YELLOW blank.
There's an established LIST OF GOODS SUBJECT
TO OBLIGATORY CERTIFICATION. (Enactment of Gosstandart and the edict
of Customs Agency). The necessity of certification is determined
by the custom codes of international economic activity (TN VED)
or Russian Products Classifier (OKP). If the code is in those lists,
the good is to be certified.
The OBLIGATORY CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY is obtained by the manufacturer
for a 1 year term. The certified goods can be sold in Russia within
this certificate's validity term by the officially registered distributing
companies.
