List of technical devices applied with
permission given by the Russian Federal Service for Environmental,
Technological and Nuclear Supervision
1. All kinds of equipment and technical
devices used at hazardous manufactures produced abroad, supplied
separately or completely (excluding foreign cranes and hoisters
(rigs) which were previously operated and supplied to the territory
of Russia).
2. Equipment working under overpressure more
than 0.07 MPa (steam boilers, vessels, working under steam or gas
pressure, steam pipelines) or at water heating temperature more
than 115?C (hot-water boilers, vessels, hot water pipelines), equipment
of thermal plants, heat points and networks, systems, instruments
and devices for emergency protection, signaling and monitoring,
used during the specified equipment operation and delivered separately
or completely with pressure 4.0 ÌPà.
3. Hoisting equipment produced abroad (hoisting
cranes, manipulator cranes, elevators, pipe-layer cranes, hoisters
(rigs), construction hoists, overhead ropeways, funiculars, escalators,
elevating platforms for disabled persons) except for the hoisting
equipment specified in item 1 of the present section.
4. Explosion-proof electric equipment of groups
I and II, and standard mine electrical equipment.
5. Mining and mineral processing equipment,
including: equipment intended for gold and diamond mining, equipment
for ventilation and dust depressing at mines, equipment of shaft
hoists and mine transportation, equipment for blast hole and well
drilling, equipment for stemming and loading of wells.
6. Equipment for oil processing and gas-processing,
including equipment for drilling and operating of wells of all purposes,
technical devices applied at springing and shooting works, equipment
for development, maintenance and stimulation of production wells
and other kinds of equipment delivered separately or completely,
and as a type/size series.
7. Equipment for exploration and geophysical
works in oil and gas wells.
8. Equipment and technical devices for pipeline
transportation with design pressure 5.5 ÌPà and more.
9. Equipment for welding, soldering, nondestructive
check, facing, heat treatment and surface cleaning during production,
installation and maintenance of technical devices, applied at hazardous
manufacturing.
10. Newly made technological devices for metallurgy:
- equipment for ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy;
- electric furnaces and induction furnaces, induction
heating plants and devices, arc and heat-treatment furnaces, electric
furnaces and resistance installations of a new heating method (melting
and heating);
- equipment for cast iron fusion.
11. Liquid and vacuum pumps, pump units, air
and gas compressors and compressor units.
12. Fittings applied at hazardous manufactures.
13. Metalwares, supports and protective jackets
for technological equipment.
14. Equipment and technological devises of
gas-supply systems (gas distribution and consumption), equipment
for welding of polyethylene gas pipelines.
15. Equipment used on chemical, petrochemical,
oil-refining and other manufactures and plants working with explosion-and-fire
hazardous, toxic, aggressive and other hazardous environments, including
the following types of equipment: capacitive, column, reactor, machinery,
cryogen, vacuum, cooling, electrolysis, mass-transfer, reduction,
drying, mixing as well as furnaces, reservoirs, emergency systems
and devices, signaling and monitoring systems and devices and other
types of equipment delivered separately or completely, and as type/size
series, including liquid and vacuum pumps, pump units, air and gas
compressors and compressor units, and fittings applied at hazardous
manufacturing.
16. Gas protective respiratory devices (insulating
respirators, air apparatus, insulating and filtering self-rescuers),
gas monitoring devices, technical facilities for elimination of
emergencies, personal protection equipment.
17. Instruments and computer-aided facilities
used at hazardous manufactures (devices for monitoring and regulating
of technological processes, program-technical complexes for computerized
systems including nondestructive check, machinery and facilities
for measuring of mechanical and physical values; automatic safety
systems instruments, pressure regulators, meters, gas analyzers).
18. Tanks, specialized containers and gas vessels
used in explosive and toxic environments.
19. Equipment for transportation of hazardous
loads.
20. Equipment and instrumentation applied when
designing, producing and storing of explosive materials and products
containing these materials. Equipment and instrumentation applied
at blasting.
21. Equipment produced in Russia and
abroad, applied at explosion hazardous entities intended for storing
and processing of vegetable raw materials including technological,
transportation and auxiliary equipment; as well as instrumentation
and monitoring, measuring and regulating devices of technological
processes, systems and facilities of signaling and emergency protection
and their elements, (explosion protection and prevention devices,
fast acting devices, means of explosion localization) and other
equipment delivered separately or completely.

This

and analysis of technical documentation, operation conditions of
a device, strength calculations, visual, measurement control and

Industrial Safety
Examination of Buildings and Constructions.
This
kind of examination is carried out in accordance with the requirements
of the Federal law "Industrial safety of hazardous production
facilities" and diagnostics of buildings and constructions
falling under this law is carried out in accordance with RD 22-01.97.
The result of the industrial safety examination is a Resolution
- a document, containing justifying conclusions about conformity
or non-conformity of the examined object with the requirements of
industrial safety.
Positive resolution of the industrial safety
examination is a basis for obtaining the Permission of Rostekhnadzor
(former Gostekhnadzor) for applying of specified types (kinds) of
technical devices at hazardous production facilities.
